Approximately 900 Nationwide member dealers who sell electronics but do not offer installation, will now have the opportunity to sell InstallerNet InstallCards, giving them instant access to professional in-home and in-vehicle installation services provided by local InstallerNet network members across the country. The ability to offer installation services has proven to drive more sales from do-it-for-me customers, while giving do-it-yourself customers an option other than returning the product.
The agreement goes beyond simply providing installation services and is seen by both parties as a strategic partnership. InstallerNet’s 2,000+ network member businesses will be exposed to the benefits provided by the Specialty Electronics division of Nationwide (SEN), giving them access to factory direct pricing from top brands and several other SEN benefits. In turn, qualified SEN members will be invited to join the InstallerNet network and will comprise a sub-group that will be “preferred providers” for Nationwide member dealer transactions. Qualifying SEN members joining InstallerNet will also have the opportunity to participate in several other installation programs offered by InstallerNet. Larger Nationwide member dealers will have the choice of a standard InstallCard program or they can opt for a customized “Private Label” program that includes their branding on the InstallCards offered to customers in their stores. “We are very excited about this strategic partnership with Nationwide,” said InstallerNet CEO Tony Frangiosa. “We believe this relationship will be a true WIN-WIN opportunity for both organizations”.
