InstallerNet Rolls Into Detroit Telematics Show

Novi, MI — May 23, 2008 — While other companies used vehicles in their booths to demonstrate new breakthroughs in Telematics technology and services, InstallerNet’s Pro Team Van was demonstrating a service of its own.

InstallerNet made its first appearance at the Telematics Detroit 2008 show and conference, held at the Rock Financial Showplace in Novi, Mich. The show is put on by the publication/Website Telematics Update. Among more than 100 booths, InstallerNet was the only installation services provider exhibiting.

The show attracts professionals in the Telematics industry who are looking for new solutions to provide expanded products and services to businesses and end users. More than 1,500 attendees—700 of which were senior-level executives, according to post-show records—attended workshops and walked the show floor.

“We felt we accomplished two things with our show presence,” said InstallerNet CEO Tony Frangiosa. “First, we were able to market our services to the giants in the Telematics industry. And second, we were there to represent our thousands of InstallerNet retail members nationwide, using our presence to drive business into their establishments.”

InstallerNet’s booth contained its Pro Team Van, which demonstrated the professionalism and expertise that an installer can take on the road and put into practice at any location. The booth also showcased several Telematics products that the company installs for its current customers.

“We talked to several companies looking for us to solve their installation headaches, as well as large scale fleet installation projects across tens of thousands of vehicles in the transportation and service space,” Frangiosa added. “Our goal with these shows is to grow our business by offering added value to Telematics manufacturers, and to large to mid-sized fleets.”
